Group Dining: Weekdays & Nights

BRUNCH RESERVATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. With the exception of weekend brunch, Group Dining at Community is available for parties up to 35 people weekdays and nights. Groups of 8 to 14 may sit in the regular dining room and choose from one of our delicious price fixe menu selections outlined below. Groups of 15 to 25 can reserve one of our semi-private dining spaces, also with a choice of price fixe meals.

Semi-Private Dining, 15 to 25 Guests

The restaurant has two semi-private rooms that can be reserved for special or large group events, at no extra cost. These rooms can be booked for dinner from Monday thru Sunday, and for breakfast or lunch from Monday thru Friday. Brunch bookings cannot be accommodated. Choose from one of our delicious price fixe menus below. We have a small but well chosen wine list with bottle prices beginning at $30. No outside wine is allowed. If you would like to bring in a cake, we will not charge a fee to serve it.

“Uptown” Room (up 5 stairs) 
The most quiet space in the restaurant, “uptown” accommodates 15 guests comfortably, 16 with a squeeze (or more easily if some of your guests are children). Available for lunch or dinner, it fosters an intimate and relaxed atmosphere and features a mix of cozy banquettes and dining chairs. Perfect for family or friend celebrations.

“Midtown” Room (side room, former juice bar) 
The Midtown Room is a brighter, banquette and chair filled space available for both lunch and dinner events and can accommodate parties of up to 25 persons (minimum of 20). Midtown is sunny and convivial and best for groups of work colleagues or similar interest groups.

Housemade Veggie Burger: with mashed avocado, spicy tomato jam, and red onion, served with hand cut fries

Grilled Salmon Burger: made in house with wild organic salmon, served with avocado, arugula, wasabi mayo, and a side of dressed local greens

Mac-n-Cheese: with Cabot white cheddar and american cheese sauce

Farmer’s Chop with grilled free range chicken: romaine hearts, green apples, kirby cukes, radishes, carrots, mizuna, chives, tarragon, celery, local feta, sunflower seeds, champagne-cider vinaigrette

Heavy HD's & Wine/Beer (groups of 25 or more)

choose 5 for $28/head; choose 6 for $34/head

*Specialty cocktails from our list may be added to the price for an additional $7 per person.


Terms and Conditions

All rooms must be booked at least 48 hours prior to the event. A 25% deposit is required to confirm your event. A service charge of 20% and New York State tax of 8.875% will be added to your final check. You will be charged a reservation fee of $25 per head for any more than two no-show guests. Groups of 35 or more are required to sign a simple contract and must book with 5 days' notice.
